CENTER POINT, ALABAMA

ANNOUNCEMENTS

A NEW CITY EMERGING FROM A HISTORIC COMMUNITY

As Mayor of the City of Center Point, Alabama, I am delighted to share with you all that our beautiful, thriving community has to offer it's residents and businesses.  I invite you to visit us through this web site and the various links provided and then come and see for yourself why Center Point is such a great place to live, work, and play.

As the name implies, Center Point is strategically located in central Alabama between Interstate 59 and Birmingham to the south, Gardendale and Fultondale to the West, Trussville to the East, and Pinson and Clay to the North.  This makes Center Point an ideal location for businesses and residents because of the close proximity to all the surrounding areas.  We are 12 miles north of Birmingham and two and a half hours west of Atlanta.  Highway 75 runs through town and we have easy access to several major interstates as well as an international airport, train, and bus service out of Birmingham.  So, no matter where you need to go, you can get there from here.  We invite you to visit us and see our thriving business district, our great schools, and our beautiful residential areas.

Center Point has a population of approximately 17,000 residents.  A superb quality of life is why so many people choose to call Center Point "home."  We are a small town with residents who have a strong sense of community and see this as a great place to raise their families.  We have even caught the attention of network television producers who have filmed several shows here.

Once you visit us, you will see that Center Point is somewhere special.  We invite you to build your dreams here..... a community of timeless opportunity.
